About Melissa: This section of my website has been the hardest to complete, I mean how can a person sum up their life…past, current, and future in just a couple of lines! This website is for all of my friends and family who believed in me and continued to push me to start my own business. I found myself laid-off in January of 2008…with that news, I went and enrolled at NSU to finish my bachelor's degree. I am proud to say that I graduated May of 2009. I have not been successful finding employment, along with millions of Americans, so I have decided to open my own business. I was raised on a small ranch in Northeast Oklahoma and I have not ever ventured too far from the area or my roots! I do consider myself as a cowgirl but one that has gone through many phases of the word. Many of you might find yourself in the same category, either way the word "cowgirl" is truly a spirit, an aura, or a way of life. I have been around the ranching community all of my life, it wasn't until my later teens and early adult life did I pick up rodeo…calf roping, team roping, and a little barrel racing. Now I am raising a cowboy and a little cowgirl in the sport of rodeo and they are having a blast. I'm looking forward to this experience and I can't thank my friends and family enough for supporting me through this venture. I have always said that "the Lord has blessed me with the best set of girlfriends a girl could ask for" and I appreciate them all for supporting me through the years. All those that know me will be looking forward to the stories that will come from this venture…wink, wink! Now…go Chrome Yourself!!!!!
